Installation and upgrade context
The Nano is intended to add points of color around steps, shallow areas, spillovers, and other features. At 2W, it is an accent light; it should not be selected as a direct brightness replacement for a larger pool luminaire.
A complete IntelliVibe installation requires the IntelliVibe Controller and a compatible pool-rated isolation transformer. The light’s black and white conductors supply power; its green conductor carries communication and is not a ground wire. An electrician or qualified pool professional should confirm the niche or fitting, conduit, cable route, controller capacity, and local electrical requirements.
For a retrofit, verify the physical fit and that the existing conduit is suitable before removing the old lighting system. Measure the route to the controller or junction box before choosing a cord length. Pentair also offers Nano versions with 50-foot (602268) and 150-foot (602270) cords.

Is a niche included?
No. Choose the separate Nano niche kit for the pool construction type if the installation requires one.
Can this light operate outside the water?
Pentair rates the Nano for underwater and air operation. The complete installation must still follow the applicable electrical and mounting instructions.
Will one Nano illuminate an entire pool?
