Installation Information

Installation requires substantial heater disassembly and should be completed by a qualified pool-heater technician. The technician should inspect the polymer headers, bypass assembly, refractory, burner tray, plumbing, and combustion chamber while the heater is open.

Install the supplied O-rings and hardware according to Raypak procedures. After assembly, circulate water and inspect for leaks before firing the heater. Confirm correct water flow, gas pressure, combustion, and exhaust operation before returning the system to service.
