This model operates on 120 volts, uses approximately 50 watts, and includes a factory-installed 100-foot cord. The extended cord length is ideal for installations where the junction box or equipment location is farther from the pool. Colors and Light Shows

Jandy WaterColors lighting provides nine fixed color options, allowing pool owners to customize the water’s appearance for different occasions. Available selections include shades of white, blue, green, violet, magenta, and other blended colors.

The system also offers five programmed light shows, including Slow Splash, Fast Splash, America the Beautiful, Fat Tuesday, and Disco Tech. These programs automatically cycle through coordinated colors and transition speeds to create relaxing or energetic effects.

Control and Compatibility

The light can be operated through a properly installed pool-light switch, a compatible Jandy WaterColors controller, or select Jandy AquaLink automation systems. Multiple compatible WaterColors fixtures can be synchronized to display matching colors and shows.

This fixture requires a compatible full-size underwater wet niche. Verify the existing niche manufacturer, model, dimensions, mounting screw location, bonding requirements, and cord-entry configuration before ordering. Do not assume compatibility based only on the appearance of the existing light.

Installation Information

Installation should be completed by a qualified pool professional or licensed electrician. The installer must confirm the correct voltage, GFCI protection, grounding, bonding, junction-box placement, niche compatibility, and local electrical-code requirements.

Never connect this 120V fixture to a 12V transformer output. Do not cut or splice the factory-installed cord underwater. The light should not be operated out of the water for an extended period because surrounding water helps manage fixture temperature.
