Installation Information

The cell should be installed after the pump, filter, and heater as the final piece of equipment before water returns to the pool.

Professional installation is required to ensure correct plumbing, bonding, electrical connection, water flow, and controller configuration. The chlorinator must operate only while the circulation pump is running.

Warranty Information

Jandy warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s current terms, purchase channel, product registration, and professional-installation requirements.

A complete saltwater chlorination system may qualify for extended coverage when the controller and cell are purchased and professionally installed together.

Proof of purchase and professional installation may be required. Damage caused by improper installation, poor water chemistry, freezing, scaling, incorrect wiring, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

Products purchased through unauthorized internet or e-commerce sellers may not qualify for manufacturer warranty coverage.
