Common Salt System Repairs

• Leaking cell unions: replace the union kit or O-rings. Mikeys quick split couplers make cell removal easier.
• Bypass or dummy cell: keeps water flowing when you pull the cell for winter, cleaning or replacement.
• Scale on the cell plates: hard water like Las Vegas tap water scales cells quickly. An acid wash kit cleans the plates safely.
• No power or a flow error: check the power cable, transformer and flow switch before replacing the whole cell.
