The Pentair ETi 400 includes a three-year limited parts and labor manufacturer warranty when purchased, installed, registered, and operated in accordance with Pentair’s current warranty and TradeGrade requirements.
Warranty coverage is subject to Pentair’s complete terms and exclusions. Proof of purchase, product registration, and proof of professional installation may be required.
Pentair TradeGrade products sold online outside the authorized TradeGrade policy may receive reduced warranty coverage. Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect gas pressure, poor water chemistry, freezing, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Freight Delivery Notice
This product ships by freight. Inspect the heater and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note all visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photographs immediately.
Do not sign for a visibly damaged shipment as being received in good condition.
