The Pentair IntelliChlor® LT25 Salt Chlorine Generator automatically converts ordinary pool salt into chlorine to help maintain clean, clear, and comfortable pool water. Designed for residential pools up to 25,000 gallons, the LT25 produces up to 0.90 pounds of chlorine every 24 hours at 100% output.

Its updated modular design improves serviceability and salt-reading accuracy compared with earlier IntelliChlor and iChlor systems. The built-in LCD/LED interface displays salt level, chlorine output, operating status, and more than 20 diagnostic messages. Model 523747 is the cell-only version and requires a compatible Pentair PC100 IntelliChlor Power Center, sold separately.

Installation Information

The LT25 requires a compatible Pentair PC100 IntelliChlor Power Center. It can be connected to Pentair IntelliCenter®, IntelliConnect®, IntelliTouch®, EasyTouch®, SunTouch®, IntelliSync®, and IntelliPH® systems.

Install the cell after the filter and heater, at least 3 feet from the heater outlet. Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct plumbing, electrical connection, water flow, and automation setup.

Warranty Information

The Pentair IntelliChlor LT25 carries a two-year or 6,000-operating-hour limited manufacturer warranty, whichever occurs first, when purchased and installed in accordance with Pentair’s TradeGrade warranty requirements.

Proof of purchase and professional installation may be required. Products sold online outside Pentair’s authorized TradeGrade policy may receive reduced warranty coverage. Damage caused by improper installation, poor water chemistry, freezing, insufficient water flow, incorrect wiring, or misuse is not covered.
