Product Overview

The CMP Wide Mouth Aboveground Skimmer Kit CMP25511000900 is a complete white thru-wall skimmer kit designed for above-ground swimming pools. With a wide-mouth opening measuring approximately 7.5" high x 14" wide, this skimmer helps pull surface water into the filtration system to remove leaves, floating debris, and contaminants before they sink.

This kit includes the key skimmer and return components needed for compatible above-ground pool installations. It is a practical choice for new pool builds, liner replacements, equipment repairs, and replacing a cracked, leaking, or worn skimmer assembly.

Ideal For

This skimmer kit is ideal for above-ground pool owners, pool installers, service technicians, and repair professionals replacing or installing a wide-mouth thru-wall skimmer. It is especially useful for above-ground pools that require a larger skimmer opening for improved surface skimming performance.

Key Features

Wide-Mouth Skimmer Opening

Features a wide-mouth opening measuring approximately 7.5" H x 14" W. The larger opening helps increase surface water intake and improves the skimmer’s ability to capture leaves, bugs, and floating debris.

Complete Aboveground Skimmer Kit

Includes commonly needed installation and connection components. Supplier listings commonly describe the kit as including a skimmer basket, weir door, wall fitting, hose adapter, and pool return.

White Finish

The clean white finish matches many standard above-ground pool wall and return fitting installations. This makes it a common replacement option for existing white skimmer setups.

Designed for Above-Ground Pools

Built specifically for above-ground pool skimmer applications. This thru-wall design helps pull water from the pool surface and direct it into the filtration system.

1-1/2" Port Size

Commonly listed with a 1-1/2" port size for above-ground pool plumbing connections. Always confirm the existing plumbing and hose connection requirements before installation.

Durable CMP Construction

Manufactured by Custom Molded Products using quality materials designed for outdoor pool conditions. The kit is made for dependable surface skimming and seasonal pool use.

Benefits

The CMP CMP25511000900 Wide Mouth Aboveground Skimmer Kit helps improve pool surface cleaning by removing floating debris before it settles to the bottom. This supports cleaner water, better circulation, and reduced manual skimming during normal pool operation.

Replacing a worn or leaking skimmer can also help prevent water loss, improve filtration performance, and restore a clean installation at the pool wall. For best results, confirm the skimmer opening size, bolt pattern, liner condition, and plumbing connection before ordering or installation.
