Key Features

Genuine Jandy / Zodiac Replacement Part

Designed as an OEM replacement part for compatible Jandy JXi heaters. Using a genuine replacement gas valve helps ensure proper fit, correct gas flow control, and reliable operation with the heater’s burner system.

Supports Safe Gas Flow Control

The gas valve regulates fuel delivery to the heater burner assembly. Proper gas valve operation is essential for ignition, combustion, flame stability, and overall heater safety.

Compatible with Jandy JXi Heater Models

Commonly listed for Jandy JXi 200, JXi 260, and JXi 400 pool and spa heaters. Some supplier listings also reference compatibility with JXiQ and JXi ASME heater models in 200, 260, and 400 sizes.

Important Ignition System Component

A faulty gas valve can cause ignition failure, burner issues, heater lockouts, or inconsistent heating performance. Replacing the gas valve can help restore proper heater operation when the valve has been professionally diagnosed as defective.

Professional Installation Required

Because this part controls gas flow, installation should be completed by a qualified pool heater technician, licensed gas professional, or authorized service provider. Gas pressure, leak testing, wiring, and combustion operation must be checked after installation.

Benefits

The Jandy R0591400 Gas Valve helps restore proper gas control for compatible JXi heaters, supporting dependable ignition and safe burner operation. Replacing a failed valve can help correct heater startup issues, gas delivery problems, or burner operation faults when the gas valve is confirmed to be the problem.

This part is a targeted repair solution that allows service of the heater gas control system without replacing the entire heater. Always verify the heater model, gas type, and service diagnosis before ordering or installation.
