Benefits

The Pentair 521590 SolarTouch® Solar Control Only helps make solar pool heating easier to manage by automatically monitoring temperature conditions and controlling solar operation. When the sun provides usable heat, the controller can activate the solar valve to send filtered water through the collectors. When solar heat is no longer available, the system can help prevent cooler water from being sent back to the pool.

For compatible systems using Pentair variable speed pumps, SolarTouch can help improve efficiency by coordinating solar heating operation with pump performance. Its digital controls, LCD display, and LED indicators make operation easier than older mechanical-style solar controls.
