Specifications

Installation Information

Burner replacement requires access to the heater's combustion and burner-tray assembly. Shut off the electrical power and gas supply before beginning service and allow the heater to cool completely.

Inspect the burner tray, burner hold-down components, burner orifices, pilot assembly, combustion-air components, and surrounding hardware while servicing the burner system.

Gas heater repairs should be completed by a qualified pool-heater or gas-service professional.

Confirm Before Ordering

Part 017045F is an individual replacement burner, not necessarily a complete set of all burners required by the heater.

Raypak's current parts documentation specifies the following quantities:

• 207A – 3 burners
• 267A – 4 burners
• 337A – 5 burners
• 407A – 6 burners

For example, a complete 407A burner replacement would require six 017045F burners unless the complete burner-tray assembly is being replaced instead. Raypak lists different complete burner-tray assemblies for each heater size.

Always verify the heater model, serial number, burner condition, and required quantity before ordering.

Warranty Information

The Raypak 017045F is a genuine factory replacement component. Warranty coverage is subject to Raypak's current replacement-part warranty terms, installation requirements, purchase channel, and proof of purchase.
