This genuine Raypak replacement kit contains nine flat gaskets designed for select atmospheric, Digital, Millivolt, Low NOx, and RP2100 heater configurations.
Header gaskets seal the individual tube connections where the heat exchanger meets the heater’s inlet and outlet headers. With age and repeated heating cycles, the original gaskets can flatten, harden, crack, or lose their ability to seal. A deteriorated gasket may cause dripping, mineral deposits, corrosion, reduced heater reliability, or water damage inside the cabinet.

Installation Information
Turn off electrical power, close the gas supply, stop the circulation pump, and relieve all water pressure before servicing the heater. Drain the heat exchanger as required before removing the header.
Remove all old gasket material and carefully clean the tube and header sealing surfaces. Inspect the header, tube ends, bolts, studs, and heat exchanger for cracks, corrosion, scale, or freeze damage. Install one new gasket at each required tube connection and tighten the header hardware gradually and evenly.
Do not reuse compressed gaskets. Excessive or uneven bolt torque may damage the header, distort the gasket, or create additional leaks. After reassembly, restart circulation and inspect every connection before firing the heater.
