Product Overview

The Raypak 010058F Tube Bundle Kit is a replacement heat exchanger tube bundle designed for compatible Raypak 406/407 ASME pool and spa heaters. The tube bundle is a critical internal heater component that transfers heat from the burner system into the pool or spa water.

This kit is commonly used when the original tube bundle is leaking, scaled, corroded, frozen, or damaged due to age, improper water chemistry, or lack of winterization. Replacing the tube bundle can help restore heater performance and extend the service life of compatible Raypak ASME heaters.

Built for ASME heater applications, the 010058F is intended for professional service repairs where the heater cabinet and other components are still in usable condition.

Benefits

The Raypak 010058F Tube Bundle Kit helps restore the heating function of compatible Raypak 406/407 ASME pool heaters without replacing the entire heater. If the heater cabinet, controls, burners, headers, and other major components are still serviceable, replacing the tube bundle may be a practical repair option.

A damaged tube bundle can cause water leaks, poor heating performance, pressure issues, or heater shutdowns. Installing the correct replacement kit helps restore proper water flow, heat transfer, and reliable heater operation when completed by a qualified professional.

Specifications

Important Compatibility Notes

This tube bundle kit is designed for compatible Raypak 406/407 ASME pool and spa heaters. Always confirm the exact heater model, serial number, ASME configuration, header type, and parts diagram before ordering.

Tube bundle failure can be caused by poor water chemistry, freezing, low flow, scaling, improper bypass setup, or installation issues. Before replacing the tube bundle, the cause of failure should be identified to help prevent repeat damage.

This is a major heater repair part and should be installed by a qualified pool heater technician. Gas, electrical, water flow, venting, bonding, and safety controls should be inspected before returning the heater to service.
