Benefits

The Tholz RGB Pool Light helps restore or upgrade pool lighting with bright, colorful LED illumination. Its RGB color output can improve nighttime pool visibility, backyard ambiance, and the overall appearance of the pool area.

For compatible MicroBrite or GloBrite-style installations, this replacement light can be a practical option when the existing light has failed or when a customer wants to refresh their pool lighting without changing the entire lighting layout.

The 10W high-brightness LED output is designed to provide strong color illumination while maintaining low-voltage, energy-efficient operation. The 50 ft cord is suitable for installations where the junction box or equipment location is within the required cord reach.

Easy-Install Replacement Advantage

This Tholz RGB pool light is designed for easier replacement in compatible MicroBrite / GloBrite-style installations. When the existing conduit, transformer, mounting style, and wiring path are compatible, the light can help simplify the replacement process compared with changing the entire lighting setup.

Even with an easy-install design, pool lighting still requires safe electrical handling and code-compliant installation. Professional installation is recommended.

Recommended Use

Use the Tholz RGB Pool Light when replacing a compatible Pentair MicroBrite or Pentair GloBrite color light in an inground pool system.

This product is best suited for installations where the transformer, cord length, mounting style, conduit path, and control method have already been verified.

For pool systems using a different light style, voltage, cord length, niche, transformer, or controller, a different replacement light may be required.

Installation Notes

This light should be installed by a qualified pool professional or licensed electrician. Pool lighting installation involves low-voltage electrical wiring, transformer sizing, junction box requirements, conduit routing, sealing, bonding/grounding verification, and code compliance.

Professional installation is recommended to ensure:

Correct voltage and transformer compatibility
Proper replacement light fitment
Safe low-voltage wiring
Correct junction box and conduit routing
Proper cord handling
Code-compliant electrical connections
Correct controller or switch setup
Safe operation around water
Verification that the light operates correctly before completion

Improper installation may cause electrical hazards, water intrusion, light failure, controller damage, equipment damage, or unsafe pool conditions.

Important Safety Note

Pool lights are safety-critical electrical components. Always follow manufacturer instructions, local electrical code, and applicable pool safety requirements.

Never install a pool light without confirming voltage, transformer compatibility, light fitment, cord length, and wiring requirements. Electrical work around pools should always be handled by qualified professionals.
