Installation Information

Disconnect all electrical power to the heater before beginning installation. Gas supply should also be shut off when heater servicing requires access to gas or combustion components.

The existing control board and membrane pad are removed and replaced together with the updated components. Carefully document all wiring connections before removing the original PCBA.

The membrane-pad connector must be properly oriented when connected to the new control board. Wiring, connectors, grounding, ignition components, and related heater controls should also be inspected during service.
