The Jandy AquaLink AQWHR18 Wireless Handheld Remote with Transceiver adds wireless control and programming to compatible AquaLink automation systems. The water-resistant, rubberized remote has a large backlit display for equipment status and functions, and it floats, so it can be used poolside, in the spa, or anywhere in the backyard. The included transceiver J-Box connects to the power center to communicate with the remote. It replaces the earlier AQPLM remote.

Compatibility

Installation or Upgrade Context

A qualified pool professional should mount the transceiver J-Box at the equipment pad, connect it to the power center circuit board, and pair the remote with the system. Mount the J-Box away from metal and obstructions and test reception at the locations where the remote will be used.

Will this work with my AquaLink RS system?

Yes, if the RS system has software revision M or later. Earlier revisions are not supported.

Does it replace the AQPLM remote?
