Product Overview

The Pentair Amerlite 78456300 is a full-size underwater incandescent pool light designed to provide powerful, dependable white illumination for residential and commercial swimming pools.

This model features a 500-watt white incandescent lamp, operates on 120 volts, and includes a factory-installed 100-foot cord. Its durable stainless-steel shell and stainless-steel face ring make it a dependable replacement option for compatible full-size Amerlite pool-light installations.

The Amerlite fixture uses a prismatic tempered-glass lens to distribute light throughout the pool and Pentair’s Uni-Tension clamp system to secure the lens and face-ring assembly. A built-in heat-sensing cutoff provides low-water protection by shutting the lamp off if the fixture becomes excessively hot.

The Pentair 78456300 is designed for installation in compatible full-size Pentair, American Products, PacFab, and Purex wet niches. The wet niche, junction box, conduit, GFCI protection, and installation materials are sold separately unless specifically included with the order.
