Benefits

The Pentair 350027Z Impeller Assembly helps bring compatible EQ-Series commercial pumps back to proper operating performance. A damaged or worn impeller can reduce water flow, strain the motor, lower system efficiency, and affect circulation throughout the pool or spa system.

Replacing the impeller with the correct Pentair assembly helps restore pump output and supports reliable operation in demanding commercial applications. This part is especially useful for facilities that depend on consistent circulation, filtration, heating, and water quality management.

Installation Notes

This impeller assembly is intended for professional pool pump service. Before installation, shut off power to the pump at the breaker and confirm the system cannot restart during service. Relieve all system pressure and drain the pump housing as needed.

During replacement, inspect the diffuser, seal plate, shaft seal, diffuser O-ring, pump housing, and motor shaft for wear or damage. In many commercial pump repairs, it is recommended to replace the shaft seal and related gaskets while the pump is already disassembled.

Make sure the replacement impeller matches the pump model, horsepower, voltage/frequency configuration, and hydraulic application before installation. Improper impeller sizing can affect flow, motor load, and pump performance.
