According to the Pentair upgrade kit manual, kit 523530 is the i10X expansion kit and contains the i10X Expansion Board and an i5X outdoor control panel, allowing an expansion load center on a legacy system to be converted along with the main panel.

Systems with an IntelliChlor SCG reset button bracket cannot be upgraded. This 523530 kit is the expansion kit; the main load center requires its own IntelliCenter upgrade kit (for example i10P 522045, i10PS 522046 or i10D 523218). Confirm your system configuration before ordering.

Installation Notes

Installation involves high-voltage and low-voltage wiring inside the load center and should be performed by a qualified pool professional or licensed electrician following Pentair instructions and local electrical codes.
