Installation Notes

This heater must be installed by a qualified pool professional and licensed electrician. Proper installation requires correct electrical service, breaker sizing, wire sizing, bonding, grounding, GFCI protection where required, plumbing flow verification, and startup testing.

Before installation, confirm that the electrical service can support an 18kW, 240V single-phase heater requiring two 40A breakers. The system must provide at least 15 GPM of water flow through the heater.

Do not energize the heater without proper water flow. Water chemistry should be maintained within recommended ranges to protect the titanium elements, stainless steel body, and connected pool/spa equipment.
