Product Overview

The Raypak 005392F Pressure Switch Tube Kit is a genuine Raypak replacement part designed for select Raypak R185, R265, R335, and R405 pool and spa heaters. This tube assembly connects to the heater pressure switch system and helps support proper water pressure sensing during heater operation.

This replacement kit is commonly used when the original pressure switch tube is cracked, clogged, leaking, damaged, or no longer allowing the pressure switch to read system flow correctly. A properly functioning pressure switch tube is important for safe heater startup, reliable operation, and water-flow protection.

Ideal For

This pressure switch tube kit is ideal for pool heater technicians, service professionals, and pool owners repairing compatible Raypak RP2100-style heater models. It is especially useful during heater troubleshooting when the unit is showing pressure switch, water flow, or heater startup issues.

Key Features

Genuine Raypak Replacement Part

Designed as an OEM Raypak replacement pressure switch tube assembly. Using the correct manufacturer replacement part helps ensure proper fit, dependable operation, and compatibility with the heater’s safety circuit.

Fits Select R185–R405 Heaters

Commonly listed for Raypak R185, R265, R335, and R405 pool heater models. Compatibility may vary by production date and heater configuration, so the full heater model and parts diagram should be confirmed before ordering.

Supports Pressure Switch Operation

The pressure switch tube helps the pressure switch sense water pressure or flow conditions inside the heater. Proper pressure switch operation helps prevent the heater from firing without adequate water flow.

Helps Resolve Flow-Sensing Issues

A damaged or blocked tube can cause pressure switch errors, startup problems, heater lockouts, or unreliable operation. Replacing the tube can help restore proper pressure-sensing function when the tube has been diagnosed as the issue.

Durable Replacement Assembly

Built for use in pool heater environments where water, heat, and chemicals can wear down components over time. This replacement tube helps restore the original pressure switch connection path.

Benefits

The Raypak 005392F Pressure Switch Tube Kit helps restore a key safety and sensing function in compatible Raypak heaters. Replacing a worn, clogged, or damaged pressure switch tube can help correct pressure switch faults, improve startup reliability, and support safe heater operation.

This is a targeted repair part that allows service of the pressure switch sensing system without replacing the full heater. Professional installation is recommended because heater repairs may involve water flow verification, electrical safety circuits, gas operation, and startup testing.
