Before Requesting a Return
Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
To request return assistance, please provide:
- Order number
- Name and contact information
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Whether the item has been opened, installed, or used
Items That May Have Limited Return Eligibility
Some products may not qualify for return or may require special review, including:

Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Please provide photos of the packaging, product, shipping label, and any visible damage.
Do not install a product that appears damaged during shipping.
Warranty vs. Return
Returns and warranty claims are different. A return is handled through Pool Supply Depot’s return process. A warranty claim is reviewed by the manufacturer.
If your product has been installed or used and is experiencing an issue, it may need to go through the manufacturer warranty process.
