The 2" Schedule 40 PVC Street 45° Elbow (part number 423-020BC) is a white 45-degree fitting with one female socket end and one male spigot end. The spigot end glues directly into another 2" socket fitting, allowing compact fitting-to-fitting connections without a short piece of pipe.

Compatibility Notes

The socket end accepts 2" nominal PVC pipe; the spigot end fits into a 2" PVC socket fitting. It is not the same as a standard socket x socket 45° elbow.

Installation Notes

Dry-fit first. Prime and cement the spigot end and the receiving fitting socket, and the socket end and pipe, then insert fully and hold briefly. Allow full cure per the cement manufacturer's directions before pressurizing. Follow local plumbing code.
