What Does “Dual Equipment” Mean?

For example, a dual-equipment installation may have a dedicated circulation pump for the swimming pool and a separate circulation pump for the spa. This differs from a typical shared-equipment pool/spa system where the same filtration pump, heater, and plumbing equipment switch between the pool and spa.
Because the two bodies are treated independently, each set of equipment can have its own operating configuration and temperature setting.
