Product Overview

The Air Supply of the Future Silencer Spa Air Blower 2HP 120V | 6320141 is a powerful residential spa and hot tub air blower engineered to deliver strong airflow while minimizing operating noise.

Designed specifically for spa air systems and hydrotherapy applications, the Silencer uses Air Supply's unique anti-vibration motor mounting system to reduce the noise commonly associated with traditional spa blowers. A thick rubber mounting system surrounds the fan assembly while allowing the motor to operate independently on a flexible base, helping isolate vibration before it reaches the blower housing.

With a powerful 2.0 HP motor, approximately 115 CFM airflow, and 120V operation, the 6320141 is ideal for larger residential spas, hot tubs, and air-injection systems that require substantial air volume.

A durable spring-loaded check valve is included, helping protect the blower from water backing up through the air line.

Product Specifications

Quiet Silencer Technology

The Silencer series is designed specifically to reduce blower noise and vibration.

Unlike blower designs that depend heavily on internal foam for sound reduction, the Air Supply Silencer utilizes a flexible rubber motor mounting system. This design helps isolate vibration while the bottom air intake creates an indirect path that helps contain operating noise.

The result is powerful spa airflow without unnecessary equipment-pad noise.

Spring Check Valve Included

Each Silencer blower includes a spring-loaded check valve.

The check valve is an important part of the spa air system because it helps prevent water from traveling backward through the air plumbing toward the blower motor.

Proper installation height, plumbing configuration, and check-valve placement are essential for protecting the blower from water damage.

2-Inch Spa Plumbing Connection

The blower outlet is designed for use with 2-inch PVC plumbing.

Air Supply recommends using a 2" supply line from the blower toward the spa. The line may be reduced closer to the spa depending on the air-channel or jet configuration.

The blower should not be glued directly to the PVC supply line.
