Product Overview
The Caretaker 5-Port Water Valve Rebuild Kit 5-9-2001 is an OEM replacement rebuild kit designed for compatible Caretaker 5-port water valves used in in-floor pool cleaning systems. This kit helps restore proper valve operation by replacing worn internal components that control water distribution to the cleaning zones.

This rebuild kit is ideal when the valve is not rotating properly, zones are not cycling correctly, cleaning heads are not activating as expected, or internal valve parts are worn from normal use.

Key Features
OEM rebuild kit designed for compatible Caretaker 5-port water valves

Restores valve performance by replacing worn internal water distribution components

Supports proper zone cycling for in-floor pool cleaning systems

Helps improve cleaning coverage when valve wear causes weak or uneven zone operation

Service-friendly replacement kit may help repair the valve without replacing the entire valve assembly

Designed for 5-port systems used with compatible Caretaker in-floor cleaning layouts

Benefits
The Caretaker 5-Port Water Valve Rebuild Kit helps bring an existing water valve back into proper working condition. When internal parts wear out, the valve may stop cycling correctly, which can cause poor water distribution, weak cleaning zones, or cleaning heads that do not pop up properly.

Replacing the rebuild components can help restore correct water flow sequencing and improve the performance of the in-floor cleaning system without replacing the full valve body.

Specifications

Confirm Before Ordering
Please confirm your existing water valve model and port count before ordering. This kit is for compatible 5-port Caretaker water valves. Caretaker valve parts can look similar but may vary by valve style, port count, lid, gear assembly, and internal configuration.

Installation Note
Turn off the pool pump and relieve system pressure before servicing the water valve. Inspect the valve lid, o-ring, gear assembly, base, and internal parts before installing the rebuild kit. Professional installation is recommended if the system has multiple zones, complex plumbing, or unknown valve condition.

Warranty & Compatibility
Compatibility depends on the existing valve model and in-floor cleaning system configuration. Installed parts may not be returnable. Always verify valve type, port count, and part number before opening or installing.
