Product Overview

The Dolphin Wave 140 Robotic Pool Cleaner, Part 99997146-US, is a heavy-duty commercial cleaner designed for large community pools, hotels, resorts, fitness centers, schools, and other high-traffic aquatic facilities. Built for pools up to 127 feet long, the Wave 140 provides automated floor cleaning without connecting to the pool’s circulation system.

The cleaner uses Maytronics Maze Technology to intelligently navigate the pool and provide consistent coverage across rectangular, round, kidney-shaped, and free-form pools. Six active brushes scrub the pool floor to loosen dirt, algae, and debris while the powerful filtration system collects material inside the cleaner.

With a suction rate of approximately 9,000 gallons per hour, the Wave 140 is designed to handle demanding commercial cleaning applications. Its top-access filtration system allows maintenance staff to remove and clean the filter cartridges without turning the cleaner upside down.

This package includes a commercial caddy for convenient transportation and storage. A remote control is also included, allowing the operator to manually direct the cleaner toward specific areas that may require additional attention.

Benefits

The Dolphin Wave 140 operates independently from the pool’s filtration system, eliminating the need for booster pumps, suction hoses, or permanent plumbing connections. This reduces strain on existing circulation equipment while allowing the pool filtration system to continue operating normally.

Its active brushes help remove dirt and algae that may not be captured by suction alone. The high-capacity filtration system collects leaves, sand, sediment, and other debris before it reaches the main pool filter.

The included caddy simplifies transportation between equipment rooms and pool decks while providing an organized place to store the cleaner, power supply, and cable. The remote control allows maintenance personnel to guide the robot for targeted cleaning or repositioning.

Confirm Before Ordering

Verify the following:

• Your pool is no longer than 127 feet.
• You require floor cleaning only.
• A 140-foot cable is suitable for the pool layout.
• Your facility has a safe location for the power supply.
• Staff can safely handle a cleaner weighing approximately 55 pounds.
• You need the commercial Wave 140 model and not a residential Dolphin cleaner.

Operating Information

Place the cleaner into the pool and allow trapped air to escape before starting the cleaning cycle. Position the power supply in a dry location that meets the distance requirements listed in the manufacturer’s instructions.

After each cleaning cycle, remove the cleaner using its handle rather than pulling on the power cable. Open the top-access filter compartment, remove the cartridges, and rinse them thoroughly with clean water.

Straighten the cable before storage and place the cleaner on the included caddy. Never operate the cleaner while swimmers are in the pool.
