Product Overview

The Pentair 522578 IntelliChem Commercial 2-Pump System is a commercial water chemistry automation system designed to continuously monitor and help manage pool water chemistry. This system monitors real-time pH, ORP, calculated PPM, and temperature, then controls chemical feed to help maintain balanced water in commercial pool and spa applications. Pentair lists the Commercial IntelliChem platform with dual sanitizer support, programmable chemical feed cycles, mix times, overfeed protection, flow-sensor safety, password protection, and onboard data logging for California Title 22 compliance.

This 2-pump commercial system is commonly supplied with the IntelliChem controller, flow cell, ScreenLogic wireless transceiver, and two commercial Stenner pumps mounted on a 2' x 2' backboard.

Ideal For
Commercial pools, aquatic facilities, hotels, resorts, health clubs, HOA pools, and high-use pool/spa systems that require automated pH and sanitizer control.

Benefits
The Pentair 522578 IntelliChem Commercial 2-Pump System helps reduce manual water chemistry management by monitoring pool chemistry and controlling chemical feed automatically. This can help maintain more consistent sanitizer and pH levels, improve water clarity, reduce chemical waste, and support safer operation in commercial pool environments.

The dual-pump configuration is especially useful for commercial applications where both pH adjustment and sanitizer feed need to be automated through a centralized control system.

Commercial Installation Note
This is a commercial chemical automation system. Installation, calibration, and chemical setup should be completed by a qualified pool professional familiar with commercial pool codes, chemical feeders, ORP/pH sensors, injection points, flow interlocks, and local health department requirements.
