Box came packed in a box, which kept all the contents undamaged. I was impressed by how fast I got the pump. I’m sort of scratching my head as I was told I don’t get the 3 year warranty even though I’m a state licensed electrician working with a C-10 contractor’s license.
The pump arrived cracked not from shipping. A manufacture defect. This should have been inspected thoroughly before it shipped out. Now I am waiting for a week with no pump to keep the pool clean. Not a real happy guy right now
