Product Overview

The Pentair MagicStream® Laminar 580001G is an illuminated water-feature system designed to create a smooth, glass-like arc of water from the pool deck or surrounding landscape into a pool or spa.

This configuration includes a gray deck lid, integrated 12 VAC LED lighting, and a 100-foot factory cord. Pentair’s laminar design removes turbulence and air bubbles before the water exits the nozzle, producing a clean, continuous stream rather than a conventional spray.

Smooth Laminar Water Effect

Unlike a conventional deck jet, MagicStream conditions the water internally before it exits the nozzle. By reducing turbulence and air bubbles, the stream maintains surface tension and travels through the air as a clean, unbroken arc.

This creates a more refined water feature during the day and a dramatic illuminated effect at night.

Integrated Color LED Lighting

The built-in LED system provides:

• 5 fixed colors
• 7 light shows
• Single-color hold
• Automatic color-changing effects
• Synchronization with compatible Pentair color lighting

MagicStream is designed to complement IntelliBrite 5G LED pool lighting, allowing multiple pool lights and laminars to operate together as part of a coordinated lighting display.

Adjustable Water Arc

Pentair allows the laminar stream to be adjusted after installation.

Approximate adjustment range:

• Vertical: 62°–75°
• Left / Right: Up to 60° total

This gives the installer flexibility to position the stream so it lands exactly where desired in the pool or spa.
