It is an important service component for compatible Raypak commercial pool, spa, boiler, and water heater applications.

Ideal For

This Unitherm governor kit is ideal for pool heater technicians, commercial service professionals, facility maintenance teams, and qualified installers servicing compatible Raypak Raytherm heaters. It is especially useful during heater repairs involving temperature regulation, bypass function, heat exchanger protection, or water flow troubleshooting.

Key Features

Genuine Raypak Replacement Part

Designed as an OEM Raypak replacement Unitherm governor kit. Using the correct manufacturer part helps ensure proper fit, reliable performance, and compatibility with the heater’s internal water control system.

Fits Raytherm 334–824 Models

Commonly listed for Raypak Raytherm heater models in the 334 through 824 size range. Supplier details also reference compatible P334, P404, and P514 heater models, so the full model number and heater type should be confirmed before ordering.

“H” Kit Configuration

The “H” designation refers to the applicable Raypak heater configuration listed for this Unitherm governor kit. Always match the part to the heater model, size, and Raypak parts diagram before installation.

Supports Internal Temperature Regulation

The Unitherm governor helps regulate water temperature inside the heater. Proper regulation helps protect the heat exchanger and supports stable heater operation.

Helps Protect the Heat Exchanger

A failing Unitherm governor can contribute to overheating, poor water control, noise, scale formation, or heater performance issues. Replacing the governor can help restore proper internal water flow and temperature control when diagnosed as the cause.

Service Replacement Kit

This kit is intended as a targeted repair component, not a complete heater assembly. It is used during heater service or rebuild work on compatible Raypak equipment.

Benefits

The Raypak 002475F Unitherm Governor Kit helps restore proper internal water temperature regulation in compatible Raypak heaters. A correctly functioning Unitherm governor supports better heat exchanger protection, reliable operation, and proper heater performance.

This is a critical heater component and should be installed by a qualified professional. Proper diagnosis, heater shutdown, draining, gasket sealing, leak testing, and startup verification are important for safe and reliable operation.
