The anchor is permanently installed in a properly prepared concrete pool deck. Its 6-inch-deep body provides stable support for compatible equipment while allowing the post to be removed when the pool game or accessory is not in use.
A removable anchor cap is included to cover the opening after the equipment has been taken out. The cover creates a cleaner, more finished deck appearance and helps reduce the amount of debris entering the anchor socket.
The AS-100D does not use an internal wedge. The installed equipment must have the correct 1.90-inch outside diameter and must be secured according to the instructions supplied with the pool game or deck accessory.

Compatibility
The AS-100D is designed for equipment using round tubing with an outside diameter of 1.90 inches. The 1.90-inch measurement refers to the equipment post that slides into the anchor and not the outside diameter of the anchor itself.
Confirm the equipment manufacturer, post diameter, anchor spacing, deck thickness, and installation layout before ordering. Do not assume compatibility with standard 1.50-inch pool rails, ladders, handrails, or equipment using another tubing diameter.

Installation Information
The anchor should be installed in structurally sound concrete with adequate depth and surrounding material to support the intended equipment. Position and spacing must match the specifications for the pool game or accessory being installed.
Set the anchor plumb and flush with the finished deck surface. Protect the socket from concrete, grout, or construction debris during installation. The anchor’s drainage opening should remain clear so water can escape rather than collect inside the socket.
