Customer-Facing Q&A

Is this a genuine Pentair kit?
No. This is an Aladdin aftermarket seal kit made for compatible Pentair WhisperFlo and IntelliFlo pumps.

What pumps does this fit?
This kit is commonly used with Pentair WhisperFlo and IntelliFlo pump models. Always confirm your exact pump model before ordering.

Is this the same as Pentair 356198?
GO-KIT32 is commonly used as an aftermarket seal kit option for the same general WhisperFlo / IntelliFlo pump applications as Pentair 356198, but it is not a genuine Pentair OEM kit.

Should I replace this when changing the motor?
Yes. It is recommended to replace the shaft seal and related O-rings whenever the motor is replaced or the pump wet end is opened.

Does this include lubricant?
Yes. The kit commonly includes Aladdin Magic Lube for O-ring and gasket installation.

Will this fix a leaking pump?
It can help fix leaks caused by worn seals, O-rings, or gaskets. If the pump housing, seal plate, diffuser, lid, or other pump components are cracked or damaged, additional parts may be required.

Confirm Before Ordering
Please verify your exact Pentair pump model before ordering. Pump seal kits are model-specific, and opened or installed kits are typically not returnable.
