Product Overview

The Korky QuietFILL Toilet Fill Valve 528SP is a universal replacement valve designed to restore reliable and quiet operation to most residential toilets. It is an ideal replacement for toilets that are continuously running, filling slowly, making excessive noise, or experiencing weak flush performance caused by an improperly filling tank.

The QuietFILL uses an enclosed float design that helps prevent the float from rubbing against or becoming caught on the toilet tank wall. Its adjustable-height body allows it to fit a wide variety of short, standard, and extra-tall toilet tanks. The twist-lock adjustment system makes it easy to set the correct valve height without complicated tools or modifications.

Designed for straightforward installation, the Korky 528SP can replace many traditional ballcock assemblies and common fill-valve models. Its serviceable internal strainer helps catch sediment and debris before they interfere with valve operation. This makes the valve a dependable option for residential repairs, maintenance departments, property managers, plumbers, and commercial facilities.

Installation Information

Shut off the toilet’s water supply and flush the toilet to drain the tank. Remove the existing fill valve, clean the mounting area, and adjust the new Korky valve to the proper height. Install the valve through the tank opening and secure it using the supplied mounting components.

Connect the refill tube to the overflow pipe using the supplied clip. Reconnect the water supply, turn the water on, and adjust the tank water level as needed. Check the connection beneath the tank for leaks before completing the installation.

Do not place the refill tube below the water level or push it too far into the overflow pipe, as this may cause siphoning or continuous water loss.
