Product Overview

Restore reliable navigation across your commercial pool floor with the Maytronics 9995390-ASSY Drive Unit Assembly. Engineered as a direct original equipment replacement, this central propulsion module recalibrates track speed and direction when the factory drive system fails, stops, or runs intermittently. Designed primarily for the Dolphin Wave 200 and Wave 200 XL platforms, the assembly also fits select Wave 140 and Wave 150 configurations. Weighing 3.42 pounds, it ships as a complete service-ready unit matching manufacturer tolerances for internal gearing and waterproof sealing.

This listing covers the propulsion assembly exclusively and does not include cleaning modules, lifting handles, or accessory cabling.

Warranty & Compatibility

Compatibility

Verify part number 9995390-ASSY against your existing unit before purchasing; visual similarity is not a reliable compatibility indicator for commercial robotic cleaners. This genuine Maytronics rebuild preserves exact connector pinouts, maintains factory-rated insulation resistance, and aligns precisely with the cleaner's transmission housing. Commercial pool operations require predictable cleaning cycles, and third-party drives frequently introduce voltage mismatches that trigger control box fault codes or shear cross-drives under heavy load.

Installation Information

Professional servicing is recommended due to integrated electrical harnesses and torque-sensitive mounts. Complete the following steps before and during installation:

• Fully disconnect the robotic cleaner from its power supply and control box.
• Remove the housing cover and extract the failing assembly.
• Evaluate traction belts, idler pulleys, wheel bearings, and the flexible drive shaft for wear; replace compromised peripherals to protect the new drive unit.
• Seat the replacement module flush against the main gearbox and verify smooth engagement before reassembly.
