Product Overview

The Nirvana Chiller 100K Variable Speed Fan | FC105CH-6A1CG is a high-performance pool chiller designed to lower and maintain comfortable water temperatures in hot climates and demanding swimming environments. Built for large residential and light commercial pool applications, this 100,000 BTU-class chiller helps reduce overheated pool water so swimmers can enjoy cooler, more refreshing conditions during peak summer heat.

This model operates on 240V single-phase power and is commonly listed with a 60-amp service requirement. It features a variable-speed fan, allowing the system to adjust output for improved comfort, quieter operation, and better energy management. Nirvana’s FC Series platform also features Smart Fan technology with operating modes that can prioritize efficiency, quiet operation, or maximum BTU performance, depending on setup and demand.

The Nirvana FC Series is known for efficient pool temperature control, quiet scroll compressor operation, durable cabinet construction, and a titanium heat exchanger designed to resist corrosion and erosion from properly maintained pool water chemistry.

Benefits

The Nirvana FC105CH-6A1CG helps solve one of the most common summer pool problems: water that becomes too warm to enjoy. Instead of draining and refilling, adding ice, or waiting for cooler weather, this chiller helps remove heat from the pool water and maintain a more refreshing swim temperature.

The variable-speed fan is a major advantage because it allows the system to adapt to pool conditions and temperature demand. Lower fan speeds can reduce noise and improve efficiency, while higher output can help increase cooling performance when needed.

The titanium heat exchanger provides long-term durability in pool water environments, including properly balanced saltwater pools. For customers in very hot regions, this chiller can extend pool comfort through the hottest part of the season.

• Installations requiring a 100K BTU-class pool chiller

Always confirm pool size, climate, desired temperature drop, electrical service, plumbing flow, equipment pad space, airflow clearance, and local code requirements before ordering.

Installation Notes

This chiller should be installed by a qualified pool professional and licensed electrician. Proper installation requires correct electrical service, breaker sizing, bonding, grounding, plumbing flow, equipment pad placement, airflow clearance, and startup verification.

Before installation, confirm the site has compatible 240V single-phase electrical service and that the electrical system can support the required 60A service reference. The chiller must be installed with proper airflow clearance and correct water flow to operate efficiently.

Chiller performance depends on pool size, outdoor air temperature, humidity, sun exposure, wind, plumbing design, runtime, and whether a pool cover is used. Maintaining proper water chemistry is important to protect the titanium heat exchanger and connected pool equipment.
