Product Overview

The Pentair Bulkhead Replacement Kit | 190141 is an OEM replacement 2-inch bulkhead fitting kit designed for compatible Pentair FNS, FNS Plus, Nautilus, and Nautilus Plus vertical grid D.E. filters.

This kit helps restore a secure, leak-resistant connection at the filter’s internal plumbing connection point. It is commonly used when the existing bulkhead fitting is cracked, leaking, worn, cross-threaded, or damaged during filter service.

Ideal For

Pool service professionals and pool owners repairing compatible Pentair or PacFab vertical grid D.E. filters. This kit is ideal when the filter tank is still in usable condition, but the bulkhead fitting or O-ring needs replacement to restore a proper seal.

Includes O-Ring

Supplied with the required O-ring to help create a reliable seal at the bulkhead connection.

Helps Stop Leaks

Useful when replacing a cracked, worn, or leaking bulkhead fitting that may be allowing water to escape from the filter connection area.

For Select D.E. Filters

Commonly used on compatible Pentair FNS Plus, FNS, Nautilus, and Nautilus Plus vertical grid D.E. filters, especially units manufactured after October 2004.

Service-Friendly Repair Part

Allows the bulkhead connection to be repaired without replacing the full filter assembly when the rest of the filter is still in good condition.

Benefits

The Pentair 190141 Bulkhead Replacement Kit helps restore the internal plumbing seal on compatible D.E. filters. A damaged bulkhead fitting can cause leaks, poor sealing, water loss, or difficulty reconnecting filter plumbing after maintenance.

Replacing the bulkhead and O-ring with the correct kit can help bring the filter back to proper operating condition, reduce leak issues, and extend the service life of the filter tank assembly.
