Benefits

The Jandy R0327301 Tailpiece & Union Nut Kit helps restore a reliable seal at the pump connection point. A worn O-ring, cracked union nut, or damaged tailpiece can cause leaks, air intrusion, pump priming issues, and reduced circulation performance.

Because this kit includes two tailpieces, two union nuts, and two O-rings, it provides the components typically needed to service both the suction and discharge sides of compatible Jandy FloPro pumps. The union-style design also makes future pump maintenance easier because the pump can be disconnected without cutting the plumbing.

Installation Notes

This kit is designed to replace the union connection components on compatible Jandy FloPro FHPM Series pumps. Before installation, turn off all power to the pump and relieve system pressure.

Inspect the pump ports and plumbing connections before installing the new parts. Make sure the O-rings are seated properly and lightly lubricated with a pool-safe silicone lubricant where appropriate. Hand-tighten the union nuts, then check for leaks once the system is restarted. Do not overtighten, as excessive force may damage the union nut or pump connection.

Professional installation is recommended if plumbing alignment, pump replacement, or leak troubleshooting is required.
