Product Overview

The Jandy CS Series Cartridge Filter | CS200 is a compact, high-performance cartridge filter designed for residential pool systems that need strong filtration in a smaller equipment pad footprint. With 200 square feet of filtration area and a maximum flow rate of 125 GPM, this filter provides dependable debris capture, efficient circulation, and easy cartridge maintenance.

The CS200 uses a single-cartridge design, making cleaning simple and straightforward. Instead of backwashing like sand or DE filters, the cartridge can be removed, rinsed, and reinstalled. This helps conserve water while keeping maintenance cleaner and easier.

Built with a durable thermoplastic body, extra-large drain ports, ergonomic lid handles, and Jandy Versa Plumb® compatibility, the CS200 is a professional-grade filtration option for pool systems where space, flow, and serviceability matter.

Benefits

The Jandy CS200 is designed to deliver excellent filtration in a compact, service-friendly package. Its 200 sq. ft. cartridge gives pool owners reliable debris capture while keeping equipment pad space requirements low.

Because it uses a single removable cartridge, routine cleaning is easier than multi-cartridge filters. Simply open the tank, remove the cartridge, rinse it, and reinstall it. The no-backwash design also helps reduce water waste and avoids the mess and plumbing requirements of backwashing.

For pool professionals, the CS200 offers a strong balance of compact size, high flow capacity, easy maintenance, and Jandy equipment compatibility.

Installation Notes

The Jandy CS200 should be installed by a qualified pool professional. Proper installation requires correct plumbing alignment, flow rate verification, equipment pad spacing, pressure testing, and safe startup.

Before installation, confirm that the pump flow does not exceed the filter’s 125 GPM maximum flow rating and that the system pressure remains within the 50 PSI maximum working pressure. Install the filter on a stable, level equipment pad with enough clearance above the tank for cartridge removal and maintenance.

Always turn off the pump and relieve system pressure before opening the filter tank. Never service or loosen filter components while the system is pressurized.
