Product overview

Help keep pool or spa water moving in the intended direction with the Pentair FullFloXF Check Valve. Part 263060 is a straight, two-port check valve that allows forward flow and closes to help prevent reverse flow when conditions change.

The CPVC valve accepts 2½-inch pipe inside its ports or 3-inch slip fittings over the outside of its ports. Its clear cover lets a service professional inspect the flapper and flow direction. It is suited to compatible pool and spa plumbing systems where backflow prevention is needed.

Installation and replacement guidance

Check the flow-direction marking on the valve before installation. A check valve must be oriented so normal system flow opens the flapper. Verify the pipe size, fitting type, and space available around the valve for future service.

The 2½-inch and 3-inch sizes describe alternative connections on the same ports. They do not mean the inlet is 2½ inches and the outlet is 3 inches. Shut off the pump and relieve system pressure before working on the plumbing. Professional installation is recommended.

Frequently asked questions

Is part 263060 the same as the Pentair 263059 diverter valve?
No. 263060 is a check valve that operates automatically to help prevent reverse flow. 263059 is a manually operated two-way diverter valve used to control flow.

Does this valve need an actuator?
No. The check valve opens and closes in response to water flow; it does not use a valve actuator.

Can I use it with 3-inch plumbing?
Yes, its ports have a 3-inch slip connection on the outside. Confirm the fittings and installation layout before ordering.
